Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Certain items, such as perishable goods, intimate items, hazardous materials, gift cards, and downloadable software, are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Proof of Purchase: Please provide a copy of your order confirmation or receipt with your return.
  2. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  3. Inspect and Process: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Full Refunds: If your return meets all eligibility requirements, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, such as items with obvious signs of use or damage, we may issue a partial refund.

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact our customer support team to initiate an exchange.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift, we will send a refund to the original purchaser.  

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items to ensure coverage in case of loss or damage during transit.
